As a DHIA, we are committed to maintaining Diori Hamani International Airport at the highest international ICAO standards and continue our operations that prioritizes safety and security. As part of this, we put our mobile command post vehicle into service. Mobile command post (MCP) vehicle that will provide a safe shelter with advanced communication equipment to handle emergency situations at a place closer to a flight accident spot. This MCP is to be operated as a crisis center functioning as an integrated command, communication, and coordination center during on-ground emergency situations, such as plane crashes. In emergency scenarios, all crew members of MCP comprising the aviation accident commander, firefighters, security commander, medical and transportation center coordinator, as well as head of forensics will be coming over to the scene of the accident that is believed to ease the coordination process for further treatment.
